Shipping Policy
Each made to order piece at Gem The Label before shipping take 2-6 weeks to be made and sent off. For custom pieces, this timeline may vary depending on the garment.
Everything is shipped in compostable mailers, standard shipping $10 and express $17. Free shipping on all orders over $200 for Australia only.
International shipping is $30 for standard postage.
Domestic Australian areas with standard postage should take 3-10 days.
Domestic Australia areas with express postage should take 2-5 days.
International shipping times will vary depending on location.
Please allow 2-3 business days for packing time as we are a small team with many order coming through!
Return & Refund Policy
Sale items are able to be exchanged for ready to ship pieces only for change of mind of fit. Sale items which are made to order and custom measurements cannot be returned for refund. If you have any questions email sales@gemthelabel.com.au
Our current policy is there are no exchanges or returns for our custom made to order pieces. For pieces which are noted as ready to ship, exchanges or refunded store credit can be issued for change or mind or fit.
Sample sale pieces marked with final sale are also unable to be returned or exchanged.
We are a small team at GTL and as we continue to grow, we will continue to refine and offer more options for this policy.
